Woodside Locksmiths

Woodside Locksmiths is a long established locksmith company which have been around for many years. Woodside Locksmiths are an approved MLA company (Master Locksmith Association) and all of their locksmiths are fully accredited, and CRB Checked.

We were given the opportunity to re-design their corporate website and make it mobile friendly. We began by asking a series of questions regarding the look and feel they were after. We quickly realised that the current design was actually exactly what they still wanted the new site to resemble, so we used the old site as a guide and built upon its features, layout and usability not to mention the full template rebuild to support the site on mobile. The end result was actually quite surprisingly pretty descent in terms of design, layout and functionality, better than we expected as we had to try and keep the old design alive.

Technically the old site had quite a few issues, including the fact that the contact and key cutting order forms where both broken and had issues which caused our client to miss out on a lot of orders and enquiries. Once we rebuilt all the forms and added validation to suppress the amount of spam that could eventually come through, we were all set to go. A couple of hours of training later, the admin was able to make those final tweaks to the updated content quickly and easily from within their new WordPress content management system. Since the launch, Woodside Locksmiths are back on track and taking many orders and enquiries through their website. We also offer our support when required and ensure that their WordPress is kept up to date via our multiple WordPress administration system.
